"The property being steps from the beach was amazing."

"Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it."

"Close walk to everything ! Clean , beautiful pool and hot tub! All was amazing! Family rented three of your spaces and we all lived it! Only suggestion was a little more outdoor lighting! Hooks in bedroom bathroom. Pool lights on during day but off at night?"

"This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget."

"Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future"

"There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. The grill was dirty and the whole area around the grill wasn't sweeped. And there isn't a washer or dryer in 902b maybe in 902a but neither door is label as what is what. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go."

"My favorite one so far! 10/10. The bed was quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. The furnishings are nice. The air works great there is zero humidity in the unit & the view is 10/10. I was concerned about staying upstairs, but I ended up preferring it"

"The property is as advertised (conveniently located, updated, and very clean). I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Bradenton. My situation was a bit unique as I was attending a birthday party for a friend in the same neighborhood, so it could not have been more convenient. For a visitor wanting to explore the beaches and downtown Bradenton, there would be some driving (or Uber) involved. However, the property is an excellent value in a safe neighborhood. The...

"The Banyon was comfortable and in an off-the-beaten path location. We loved the little beach at the end of the street. Perfect for fishing and paddling."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights! The convenience to the airport and surrounding Sarasota and beaches was great. We spent time with our elderly father during the day and were happy to unwind and relax every evening. We enjoyed the restaurant on location along with the marina views and calm breezes. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The property owners were excellent with communication and attention to detail. We hope to visit again soon!"

"Very good communication. All accommodations were on hand. Property was very neat and clean. Thanks for having us."

"We loved our stay, clean and cozy. The bed was was very comfortable.David was a Great host! We would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"This was a cozy modern studio with a perfect little kitchenette and amazing bathroom. There is also a gas grill available for use in the small back deck. The community is quiet, clean and safe. It has 3 pools within the community that are super close, easily accessible and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and super responsive. They were also very respectful of our privacy. I stayed with my wife and teenage daughter and we were very comfortable. The space can easily accommodate 4 persons...

"This is about 40min from Tampa city if that’s where you’re hoping to stay. It’s a lovely location, but not knowing the area, we thought we’d be a lot closer to Tampa than that. Everything else is accurate."

"Our stay here was amazing. Room had everything we needed and the property is even prettier in person. Restaurant down the street is great! Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location with beautiful views. See the dolphins in the canal outside your windows in the morning and throughout the day. The communication with the host was great - very helpful and all information you need was easily found and organized. Fantastic shower!! Immediate hot water and great pressure. I would stay again!"
