"The Inn was clearly redone since 2024 hurricane season and they’ve done a wonderful job. It’s classic and tasteful, with excellent attention to detail. Location is great, on the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check-in and -out was simple and the staff (phone and in-person) was excellent. Highly recommend this charming little Inn. "

"The room had everuthing we needed. I booked a room with a pool view and when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised by having a partial view of the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away which was great. Got to see some wonderful sunsets. Pool was amazing. "

"Very clean and comfortable studio apartment. We were very impressed with the ingenuity of utilizing the space to provide everything we needed. The neighborhood is cute-old style Florida. We'd stay here again and recommend to our family and friends."

"The property was as described with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was nice and spacious inside, and my friends and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the hot tub. It’s also close to some shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The home had a couple of quirks, like a janky, slightly dangerous dishwasher and the dark paint and dim lighting in the half bath that made it difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy the home for its location and size."

"This 4 unit rental was great Very clean pool in back very quite and host was awesome close to Trolly stop as well"

"The apartment was clean and the layout was awesome. We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the location. It was in walking distance to the beach and the bay. I’m met the owner and he was very nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. We will stay again next year if the property is open on the dates we need. "

"We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!"
