"I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them."
