"The room had a really bad smell of mould and there where mould in the room. Unfortunately we could not get a refund, only some nights at another location for another time. We decided not to stay in the room because of the smell and for health reasons. So we booked another hotel."

"This place was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and you are right next to the Metro so it was super easy to get around on public transportation. The place was really nicely decorated and felt very cozy. I'd love to stay again! And there was even a bottle of champagne waiting for us!!"

"Beautiful clean room, very comfortable bed. Room is small, but great location and just what we needed. Lots of amenities like cold water, coffee, tea, soap, etc. breakfast was good and great coffee. It was a bit difficult to get luggage up and down the stairs, probably not a great stay for those with mobility issues. Host communication was excellent.We were there in a heatwave, so room was warm but I think that’s probably not typical. There was a fan to circulate cool air from outside at night."

If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic 2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed 3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work"

"This hotel is located in a narrow street filled with several bars and restaurants. It is perfect if you would like to go out to eat. But the noise from outside is quite significant . Our room was on the second floor, just above the bars/restaurants and we could not sleep until mid night. The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. I contacted the management...

"Very good location. Helpful and kind staff. Cleaning was okay. Nice little shared kitchen. Would have been nice if description said, very small stairs to 3. floor and no lift. Single quilts, instead of only doubles would have been nice. But worst was probably the church bells every 15 min during the day. "

"This is a reasonably nice B&B in a residential area not too far from the train station. Host shared check-in information and greeted us when we arrived. Dining and shopping options are nearby. The breakfast is at a little cafe nearby. While we enjoyed the stay the wood floors are a bit creaky and some rugs might help. Also, while the breakfast was very good and plentiful (boiled egg, juice, coffee, yogurt and croissant) as we stayed 5 nights it would be nice if some variation was offered."

"Sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, super Lage, super Ausblick. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe tadellos. Die Treppe ist etwas steil und schmal aber prinzipiell kein Problem. Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss vollkommen ausreichend, die „Terasse“ ist der Bürgersteig vor dem Haus… aber so wird‘s gemacht in Amsterdam. Haben uns immer gefragt wie man wohl wohnt in den schmalen Häusern der Grachtengegend, jetzt wissen wir es und haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank."
