"We had a wonderful time there at the house. My first impression was how clean it was. It is in a very small town, but that just means more a more quiet atmosphere. It comes with a neighborhood alarm clock in the form of a rooster. The biggest drama that we had was a fight between the neighbors Chihuahua and their rooster. "Not a 10 as shown. Deck was in bad shape falling apart and dangerous. Half of lights burnt out. I would rate this a 2 out of 10. Very over priced."

"Interior was clean and as expected. Thumbs up. My only complaint was the back deck was unusable due to not being cleaned. Spiders webs were abundant. Deck furniture was not clean."

"This was a great place to vacation. The cleanliness of the rental was exceptional. Communication was flawless. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The towels were fluffy. Overall, just a great experience. One thing I would mention is the walk down to the water is very, very, very, steep. It’s definitely not for everyone. But once you got down there it was beautiful and the little dock was a great place to hold a pole and fish for a little bit."
