"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean and well-maintained, and Jacob was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the nice, big porch. One thing to note is that while one of the rooms has a great shower, it doesn’t have a full bathroom, just a sink and shower. But overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!"

"We had high hopes for this apartment based on the description and the pictures in the listing. The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment. The kitchen and the bathrooms are not accurate. - it looked like no one had bothered to clean it in 20 years. There was dust, mildew, mold all over the walls, window shades and appliances.The...
