It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. "I took my teen daughter and two of her friends down for a week!! Usually we visit family in the Villas and I have to drive them to the beach/boardwalk. This year was amazing because we were in walking distance to the beach, Duffers and so much more. This rental was very quaint and just enough space for the four of us!! "I wish I could live there. It’s small but mighty. Perfect for me. Open and sunny. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. It had all the paper goods needed too, as well as coffee and tea. Many kinds. The bed was so comfortable. Good water pressure. I booked while it was still early in the season so at times it was chilly outside but there is heat and air conditioning and extra blankets. "This is our second visit to this property and as per our first visit, it is cleaned immaculately it smells fresh. The linens are clean. The toilet is clean. The kitchen is spotless. "Owner has thought of everything to make your stay at the beach as enjoyable as possible. Beach chairs, beach bags are there for your comfort. Apt was spotless. Even though we were there off season and in rain, we enjoyed our stay. Remember to bring linens, paper towels and toilet paper!"
