"There was a moldy or musty damp smell around hotel, the reception staff was not helpful on offering information around the hotel. Example we arrived late but staff says nothing open and suggested their ₩55000 buffet dinner which was closing in an hour. It was a joke found next day there was many restaurants two blocks away 5 mins walk."

"Stayed for one night due to an early flight the next day. Check-in process was smooth and staff was friendly. Was offered a baby cot which was useful as we were travelling with a kid. Rooms has no smoke smell, were quiet and were properly cleaned. Loved that they have an airport shuttle from the lobby - very convenient! Gym was nice and clean but could do with more machines for resistance training (mostly cardio equipment only). A great stay!"

"Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful."

"Det var et vidunderligt ophold. Personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige."

When we reported this, the hotel took action and offered to change our room. However, as we had already unpacked and were only staying for two days, moving rooms was not really a practical option. The room itself was very dark, and the window overlooked some sort of strange pavement or rooftop,...

"Nice hotel but a bit old. For perfect for the price and perfect location if you want to see Jeju night market. The bed was a bit hard for me. Don’t miss to eat at the local restaurant next to the hotel. Amazing sea food. "

"Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Dog havde vi lidt svært ved at finde det"

"One of the better hotels near JeJu City. The location is great if you're looking for a seaside location. You will need to take taxis to go anywhere. We did find an excellent local seafood restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was excellent."

"The facility and conditions are good. The location is also good to reach any place."

"Excelente ubicacion, area limpia y muy comodo"

"良かったです。"

"Nice place, nice service, nice breakfast. Every thing in the old part is walkable distance else there is a big bus stop close by."
