"My family and I stayed at this home for a week in July and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a group—our party of nine had plenty of room to cook, dine, and relax. The lower level feels like its own apartment, with a bedroom, full bath, wet bar, and games like ping pong, foosball, and darts. The home is located in a quiet, wooded area where we often spotted deer in the yard, and it was stocked with helpful extras like beach chairs and inflatable rafts....

"Very comfortable home. Check in and check out very easy. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. Home is well stocked. Homeowner is wonderful responding to any questions or concerns. However even though there is a fireplace and a fire pit you must get your own wood or pay 20.00. Be aware there are extra charges for not abiding by their requests.You must also pay 20.00 for leaving food in fridge,not discarding all trash etc. etc."

"Amazing cabin in the Catskills, close to some of our favorite towns in the Catskills - Roscoe, Livingston Manor and Callicoon. I can't say enough about the interior decor in the cabin. Inspirational and everything we needed for a quiet escape from NYC. Will definitely be back!!"

"Very big and comfortable home. Everything you could need is provided. Deck area is awesome and the hot tub was super clean. The area by the lake is private and very nice. The floating mat was a huge plus and we had a blast! Alyson is very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay!"

"This is a beautiful home, on a beautiful piece of property, in a great location! Great scenery and very peaceful. A great place to stay and relax, or close to numerous great places to visit. We saw deer and eagles while sitting on the deck! The house is great! Nice fires on chilly evenings too! I hope to stay here again in the future."
