Amazing hotel, but no cleaning
"2 day stay with 2 rooms. Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar. But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms. Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though. Also water dispenser ..."

"Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink."
