Hoteller nær Jefferson Vineyards

"Hotel bed was so uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the fridge and ac units are extremely loud and kept waking us up multiple times during the night. The staff is awesome!!! Front desk Rep was an absolute gem but the stay was aweful as we could not get any rest. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and unfortunately, this will be our last."

"Clean, quite and comfortable stay. Hotel felt new. Staff was helpful and accommodating - got us in to our room early for check-in. No complaints!"

"Lobby is great, love the view from my room to the lake. Bathtub was dirty looks like it was also painted water leak, that's one room. The other room the body wash was out, was not filled till hours later. over all was a nice experience."

"Very nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants. The room was big with two queen beds and a sleeping couch along with a small kitchen. "

"All good. Clean and good staff"

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."

"Ist ok"

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."

"Security with key entry doors from parking lot was a comfort."

"First rate accommodations with the infinity pool a special blessing in the July heat. Marigold was great, as always."
