"We all absolutely no complaints on our stay, the properly was cleaned for our arrival and we even had a cake with some wine left for our arrival. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing due to the maps location on the posting did not match where the location actually was and we got a lil lost but a quick call with the host and we found it. "

"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it"
