The rooms are a bit dated but reasonably priced for the lovely area close to the Yacht Club.
The rooms have great views, and the studio room we stayed in was well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, dining and lounge areas. The beds are really comfortable. The bedroom area can be closed off from the rest of the room, making it dark and quiet. We did not hear the Karaoke going on at the end of the hall !! We look forward to...

"The property needs an upgrade for the price asking .. floor boards creak all over, no kettle, little cutlery, needs paint desperatly, door furniture bearly on the doors, floor halls smell and carpet was dirty."

"The filthiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Nothing cleaned properly our room was not suitable for kids being in this state. Babies had black knees from crawling on carpet. I could go on all day. So disappointed we could not use spa or pool for kids. "

"Property is good for family and spacious.
Best location to stay in city and had a nice view.
Had bit of hiccups with the property as there is only one aircon in hall. Went during peak summer and it was hot in the other rooms.
Coffee machine was not working. Dryer and washing machine are very old and had trouble in using them. "

Arrived and it was filthy. Owners were horribel to deal with. Took all our money and didnt come up with a resloution. WARNING WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Our apartment was a great size, plenty of room for my family of 4. It was clean with everything we needed. Self check in was easy enough and loved the pin entry to the apartment, saved us having to carry key/card around to get in and out.
Only thing we didn’t like was the front sliding door didn’t lock! Being on the bottom floor street facing, fortunately the front yard fencing is tall so felt safe enough. "

"Nice hotel rooms, great location and generally good service. However, we had multiple bad experiences with the service at the breakfast buffet and the pool was poorly equipped with daybeds and places to chill. "
