"Location and the views! The house is an easy drive to everything in San Diego. The backyard was perfect for our kids and you couldn’t beat the views. The host was very communicative and welcoming also. "

There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! "

"Booked this place for our overnight stay on a quick trip out to SD. Overall the home is set up very nicely, was clean upon arrival and outdoor space is very spacious for longer stays. The only downside of the home which may not always be the case, was the smell of smoke upon our arrival. The property manager was very responsive about this issue although it wasn't resolved for our short stay. The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...
