"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing. They helped with all the major & minor details. The food was delicious and they helped coordinate drivers and activities for us. Would definitely return. Highly recommend for a family getaway. "

"Very quiet, maintained very well and the staff Ms. Bev, Donna and Randy were absolutely perfect. They were accommodating without being noticed. The masseuse was awesome. The fishing trip is for the hearty. Local wooden boats with no creature comforts. The beach is almost vacant. I think there were a total of 9 people on the beach all week. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I highly recommend Ranny the driver. We will be coming back."

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure. To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach. Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive. To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport. "
