"Spacious and comfortable. Apartment with sprawling patio facing the ocean. On the 2nd floor facing the ocean. Not easy to see through the trees -but the sound of pounding waves can be heard inside even with the doors closed views of the river too. Kitchen has lots of cooking tools. No spices or cooking oils. Everything must be brought in. Yummy restaurant within walking distance. Easier to have a car to reach shopping and downtown. Nice pool. 2 Beach towels in each room plus pool noodles....

"Pros: The pool was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The view from the patio was beautiful and a great place to relax. The bathrooms were really nicely updated. The beach was nice as well. Cons: The doorknobs and window locks need serious upgrades. The hallway bathroom window lock was broken and the window was open (with no screen). I found the screw on the window sill and screwed it back in place to have the lock work again. The patio sliding door knobs felt like they were about...

"This was by far our BEST family vacation yet. The property is amazing, very clean and well stocked. This unit is perfect for accessing the amazing pool area and beachfront. We were within walking distance grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to waterfall tours and breweries. We fished out of Los Suenos for a day and brought back 7 large yellowfin tuna! "The apartment is beautiful and classy, and the surrounding area is fantastic!! The pools are just a short walk away and very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous. The club pool is walkable distance, though we preferred to drive, and is very nice to visit! You can tell it is a fairly new rental, as there are a few small flaws - some of the upstairs bedroom curtains not working properly, the upstairs bed was pretty squeaky and loud (we may have only noticed since we were trying not to wake a baby...

"Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty."

"My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It was right inside the entrance to Los Suenos and a very short drive to the beach club, several restaurants and the marina. We saw monkeys, a sloth and scarlet macaws right on property. The pools were pristine and the view from this condo is extraordinary. We had a great time and would stay here again."
