"The price was right but that is it. No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all. "

"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. "This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "
