Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet. A very small thing, compared to the overall excellence of our stay, is beware of the fireplace hearth when walking around the couch to access the living room! Upon arrival the accommodations were clean and well represented as photographs showed with a fresh baked snack on the table. The property is inviting, clean and well maintained.
