Main ground level consists of sitting room, kitchen, dining table for 8, bar seating for 4, large living room with sectional and smart TV, primary bathroom with king bed and en-suite, laundry room and half bath. The back door leads to a screened in area with outdoor dining table. Off the screened in area is a propane grill and a perfect backyard to gather while the kids play. *There is a small step up to get into the the house but no other stairs on main level.
Second level upstairs has a catwalk overlooking the living area downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). One of the bedrooms leads to a room with a balcony overlooking the front foyer and has a desk/reading nook with great natural light for getting work done or reading a great book!

It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by VRBO, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
