The main living area features a large sofa with a queen pullout for extra guests, a Smart TV for family movie nights, and a seamless flow into the dining area and gourmet kitchen. With stainless appliances, a spacious island, and all the cookware you need, the kitchen is stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full vacation feasts.

Villa Bella offers 4 comfortable bedrooms; a primary suite with a king bed, another guest room with a king bed, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds.

Entertainment is endless at Villa Bella. The dedicated garage game room includes foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, and a gaming system with lounge seating — perfect for rainy days or relaxed evenings at home. A new electric vehicle charger is also available in the garage for convenient charging during your stay.

Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.


A POOL SAFETY FENCE for the in-ground pool is available upon request before check-in.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
