This beautifully updated one-story beach home is perfect for the entire family! Four bedrooms include: 1 king, 2 queens, and a daybed that can be converted from a twin to a king - each with their own smart TV. The fourth bedroom also features a workspace and games - great flexibility for large groups! Enjoy a spacious family room and kitchen with enough seating for all. Throw some tunes on the soundbar, light up the grill, and make yourself at home!

The garage has been converted to a game room and opens up with double-doors to enjoy the ocean breeze! Ping pong, basketball, darts, cornhole, etc. - making the home a destination itself! We have designed the backyard to include multiple `hangout zones` - patio, firepit, hammock, and loungers - you`ll love the space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors! Or take one of the four provided beach cruisers to the beach (bike lock, helmets, and tire pump also provided).

Lastly, we have worked to provide all the essentials that may not have fit into your suitcase: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach mat....and a wagon to get it all to the sand!

Heated Pool Information
The pool is heated for comfort, not hot-tub temperatures.

Heating is included with your stay up to a maximum of ~86–88°F, depending on weather conditions.

Pool heating is weather-dependent and may be limited during cold fronts, low overnight temperatures, or severe weather.

Pool heater will not be turned on if the forecasted temperature for the day does not get above 55 degrees - the pool will never reach the desired temp.

The heater operates on a schedule and may take 24–48 hours to reach its target temperature.

For safety and equipment protection, guests may not adjust heater settings.

Temporary heater interruptions for maintenance or system protection may occur and do not qualify for refunds.

Heating is provided as an amenity; specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.


Other important notes: The double driveway allows for parking for up to four vehicles. We provide four bicycles, helmets, bike locks, and a bike pump for guests to use at their own risk. Propane is provided for the grill. We asks guests to pickup firewood if they plan to use the firepit.

We live down the street and around to answer questions or provide recommendations if needed.
We want everyone to have fun, however please remember that Jax Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood. No guests permitted other than those staying at the property (without permission).
- No parties or large events
- No loud music and no smoking indoors (to include screened porch).
- No more than 4 cars allowed to park at the property.
- Pool Heating: Do not attempt to adjust any of the pool settings manually. The system is locked and any tampering would result in a charge to the guest for the pump company to come reset or reprogram the system.
