Welcome to Firstwater: 1320 — a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse less than 100 yards from the Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville Beach. Walk out your door and you're on the sand in under two minutes. At roughly $104 per person per night for a group of four, this is one of the most affordable ocean-view spots on the First Coast.

The layout spans three levels with a full staircase, so it works best for guests comfortable with stairs. Both bedrooms have queen-size memory foam mattresses, luxury cotton linens, and sound machines — the kind of detail that makes a real difference when you're sleeping near a busy beach strip. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, so no waiting in the morning. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook most of your meals in — stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Keurig with coffee and tea already stocked. The breakfast bar seats the group for quick mornings before hitting the sand.

The townhouse has multiple outdoor decks, including one with an ocean view — pull up a chair and watch the sunrise before the beach crowds arrive. In-unit washer and dryer means you pack lighter for a longer stay. Keyless entry handles check-in without any key exchange.

Walk five minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for fresh seafood and that classic surf-town feel, or grab a table at Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza after a beach day. Refinery Jax Beach is a seven-minute walk for something nicer. O-Ku's rooftop sushi is an eleven-minute walk toward the pier.

Dedicated parking for one car is included, with free street parking and a public lot about 100 feet away — easy for groups arriving in two vehicles. Mayo Clinic is a 21-minute drive. TPC Sawgrass is about 18 minutes. Summer beach season is in full swing, so book early — this block fills fast once school lets out.

Note: There is a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the first level that can be rented together or separately — great for multi-generational trips where grandparents or extended family want their own space. Pets are welcome at $30 per pet per night — message us after booking.

Self check-in is seamless via keyless entry. WiFi, beach towels, laundry detergent, and a fully stocked kitchen are all included. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
