Every room has been thoughtfully updated to create a fresh, comfortable space you'll love coming home to after a day in the sun. From the brand-new kitchen and thoughtfully renovated bathrooms to the new furnishings, lighting, windows, sliding glass doors, fresh paint throughout, and outdoor shower, every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind.
This ground-entry, two-story townhome comfortably accommodates families and small groups. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin trundle. A thoughtfully renovated full bathroom serves both bedrooms.

Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with all-new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, a convenient half bath with a new vanity, and a washer and dryer. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

Spend your days enjoying Amelia Island's beautiful beaches, just a short stroll away. Since we've already stocked the home with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a beach wagon, all you need to bring is your swimsuit. Families traveling with little ones will also appreciate the included Pack 'n Play.

When you're ready to explore, Main Beach is just around the corner with beachfront restaurants, a playground, putt-putt golf, a skate park, and basketball courts. To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
