Welcome to The Washburn: 1BR — a private, quiet retreat just 4 minutes from Mayo Clinic and 12 minutes from Jacksonville Beach Pier. If you are visiting for a medical appointment, a beach getaway, or just need a comfortable home base in Jacksonville.

The suite occupies the full right side of the home, giving you a private entrance and your own dedicated space. Inside, you will find a king bed dressed in fresh cotton linens with both firm and soft pillow options. The bathroom is stocked and ready. A private deck off the back opens to a large backyard — a quiet spot for morning coffee away from the street. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, so foot traffic and noise are minimal.

The full kitchen means you can cook every meal without eating out. It is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, tea, cane sugar, a Nutri-Bullet blender, dish soap, and paper towels. The washer and dryer handle laundry for longer stays. Keyless entry means no key pickup — you can arrive on your own schedule. High-speed WiFi and a sound machine are included.

Mayo Clinic is a 4-minute drive — easy for early appointments or multi-day visits. Publix is 7 minutes away for groceries. When you want to eat out, Dockside Seafood is 4 minutes away for Mayport shrimp, TacoLu is 5 minutes for fish tacos and tequila, and Engine 15 Brewing is 5 minutes if you want a craft stout after a long day. Jacksonville Beach Pier and Salt Life Food Shack are both about 8 minutes away. Free parking on premises — no fees, no permits.

Check-in is self-guided through a keyless lock. Beach towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are all provided. The WiFi is fast and reliable — good for remote work or streaming. Note: this is a guest suite within a larger home. The space is private with a separate entrance, but it is not a standalone house.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
