Needs Improvement - Could not find an address of the property on the confirmation email. I tried calling the number listed if we had a question...no answer. I didn't want to start digging through our luggage to try to find original paperwork, so I went on-line and looked for rental properties in Jacksonville. "This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. "This place is a gem. The location was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. The futons and air mattress in the living room made it so fun for our girls to have a slumber party. The lower deck was so fun with the propane fire table. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper.
