"Place was spotless. Loved this. If you are there because of Mayo Clinic I know you will appreciate this. Only thing about this place is if you are older you probably won’t enjoy two flights of stairs! This was mentioned in the write up. I missed it. Two beds in one bedroom downstairs and then the second floor was where you found the living room and kitchen and a 1/2 bath. Third floor had an additional two bedrooms and a full bath with a beautiful shower. If you are bringing heavy bags...

"The property is well kept. Close to shopping and restaurants, The beach is in walking distance located a block behind the property, There was only one small issue some of the electric outlets did not work. Other than that, it was awesome."

"This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see. "
