"The room was quiet, clean, large and comfortable. I appreciated the thermostat for managing temperature. I would appreciate if the vending would have had some nuts or other healthy snack options. I also prefer that the check in included touchless options. Especially when you have your hands full and digging for a hard card is nit convenient. My biggest disappointment was the areas available for my dog to use the bathroom were all immediately adjacent to busy roads, people moving about, and...

"Loved our stay, breakfast had many options, and the staff was very helpful."

"I booked and paid for a two-room suite, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't available and they gave me a single room with two queen beds."

"Airport Shuttle was Not 24 hours. You had to call ahead of time, at least 1 hours notice. That was Not stated on the Expedia site. I am a 79 year old woman who was stranded at the airport on Saturday, Oct 24, at 10:40 at night. I had to call a taxi. I was nota happy camper."

"Great"

"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows."

"Tabby the manager on duty was great to work with. Even before my trip she was helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about the pool temperature. She offered me a choice in rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I shared that I forgot to book an assessible room. She took it upon herself to ensure I had the best experience by offering...

"We were disappointed with stay. The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. Also we discovered this B&B didn’t give breakfast."

"Glad to have chairs outside of the door"
