"This complex is beautifully adorned with all types of flora and trees and well kept up. The infinitiy pools overlook the Bay of Zihuatanejo and are a refreshing way to relax in the sun. Everything is well maintained and clean. The complex is gated with 24 hour security guards. It is very close to La Ropa beach with its many restaurants. Centro is just a short trip by taxi or van shuttle. Our unit was gorgeous - lovely decor, well stocked kitchen with everthing you may need for preparing...

"This place was clean, decorated nicely and nothing was broken or damaged. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs outdoor area was perfect. We rarely sat inside and used the upstairs daily. Could here the waves on the top deck.2 minute walk to the beach and the host was fast to responded when we had questions. Would not hesittate to come back again"

"Property is spotless and provides shady afternoons on patio. Maintenance crew is superb and helped with one of two little problems. Highly recommend. Within walking distance of great beach restaurants and taxis are indecently cheap. I loved every moment here!"

"My family of 5 loved our week in Ixtapa. Monarca Ixtapa is a beautiful, relaxing place. We enjoyed walking the beach, eating breakfast and lunch at La Pergola (onsite restaurant next to the pool and beach) and heading out to Ixtapa or Zihuat for dinner. We once even saw humpback whales playing in the ocean from our table at La Pergola! I would highly recommend this option for anybody looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation."

Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Punta at Punta Majahua: falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a gorgeous view, walking the beach each morning, renting a scooter to use to head into town every morning for a latte, two amazing and very reasonably priced seafood restaurants (Brisas Mexicanas and Un Pencicito di Cielo) a five minute walk away, a house call massage in the open air. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay....
