Fint, klassisk hotel i centrum
Fint og rent hotel tæt på de største kulturskatte i Istanbul. Dog lidt små værelser og bløde senge.

Velbeliggende hotel - fortjener ikke 5 stjerner
Havde forventet bedre service på 5 stjernet hotel. Mustafa forstod som den eneste at levere rigtig god service. Ellers oplevede vi ligeglade receptionister (bla ved anmeldelse af forsvundne øreringe på værelset). Det var svært at få serveret kaffe om morgenen - skulle flere gange efterspørge det. Ellers fin buffet. Dejlige værelser med rigtig gode madrasser. Perfekt beliggenhed til mange attraktioner og meget lidt støj.

found long hair in my bed...
the hotel is ok, but I was bothered by noise from other guests. I could hear other people's tv and doors smashing all the time. location however was great. but I don't choose this hotel again.

The hotel is truly a five star hotel But must admit that I am very disappointed with the hotel's policy relating to guests at the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel if you have guests. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean

Helt ok hotel, men ikke ok til prisen.
Hotellet er som sådan ganske ok og servicen er der for det meste heller ikke at sige meget dårligt om (eller specilet godt). Min største anke er prisen, i forhold til hvad du får, og i forhold til beliggenhed. Du kan helt sikkert finde noget der er betydeligt bedre beliggende end dette hotel, til en betydeligt bedre pris. Dette hotel svinger sig ikke meget op over ok og har ingen atmosfære overhovedet. Funktionelt og stabilt kørt, men ikke prisen værd.

20 minutter fra Leeds centrum med god service
Rigtig gode faciliteter, og meget venligt personale. Vær opmærksom på at baren lukker kl 11 - men at man altid kan få personalet i receptionen til at servere øl og drinks. Det er super at der ligger en Starbucks i receptionen, også selvom den kaffe man kan lave på værelset egentlig er ok.

Dejligt moderne hotel med venligt personale
Dejligt hotel hvad angår værelser, morgenmadsbuffet og personale. Nem adgang til taxi og metro men beliggenheden er ret hektisk og et stykke væk fra gode restauranter.

Overall a good option, great location in the old town buzzing area, walkabledistancefrom a lot of great shopping, dining and landmarks. The hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. I didn't get a chance to check the amenities so I can't speak for those.

Es war schrecklich laut, obwohl kein Fenster offen.Wir konnten maximal 2 Std./Nacht schlafen. Ein Autogehupe und Geschrei auf der Strasse. Würden Hotel nicht mehr buchen!! Das Zimmer hatte keine 30 qm wie angegeben, es war schmal und eng, für 3 Personen ein Käfig. Auch oberes Stockwerk konnten wir nicht haben, obwohl wir bei der Rezeption darum, so wie bei der Buchung darum gebeten haben. Wir wurden dauernd vertröstet, aber kein Erfolg. Wenn das Hotel kein oberes Stockwerk mehr zur Verfügung hat, müssen sie das angeben. Wir hätten dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Zum Urlaub gehört auch schlafen und nicht die Nacht über ärgern.Für die Schlafstörungen war das Zimmer viel zu teuer !!. Wir sind Hilton Kunden auf der ganzen Welt, haben Member-Nr. auch angegeben, aber kein upgrade erhalten, und nie so einen schlaflosen Urlaub verbracht !

Not my favorite Hilton
I did not like you cannot have food in your room. I’m sure this is to make them more money. Their food for dinner is bunch of fried American things. Once you step in hotel feel gouged. Breakfast 25 euros. It is great. Coke in minibar 8.50 USA. Staff was nice but this hotel is for business travelers who want their Hilton rewards points. The hotel does not have a driveway. It’s hard to get into hotel. The streets around hotel are tore up. I arrived to a place a did not know how to get into hotel. Hotel is noisy for street construction I think that area. Would be noisy if there were no street construction.

We always use Hilton’s when travelling it’s a brand that we trust unfortunately on this occasion both Hilton and Expedia have let us down . Firstly let’s focus on the positives , the hotel is just opposite the tram stop unfortunately not the best end of town to stay with surrounding restaurants “ I use this term very sparingly are terrible “ and if you fancy drink in or around this area a apart from the hotel which charges €10 for a 33cl bottle of beer your stuck . The area that the hotel is in is undergoing massive construction works laying new pavements and this work take place overnight outside the hotel on the first evening all night we had diggers and pneumatic drills ..as you can imagine we didn’t sleep ! The next day this was pointed out to the reception whom abruptly pointed out this noise has nothing to do with them after much debate they agreed to move the room to the back of the hotel thus reducing any noise . My point is we lost 1 days holiday as we became so tired with this noise the hotel should show compassion and offer compensation . My gripe lies with both Expedia and Hilton whom should have informed us of these works as not only the noise but when you left the hotel my wife who has an issue with her hip found it exceptionally challenging getting up the make shift steps into the hotel . If your thinking of booking this hotel please think long and hard as it’s not in the best area and really does need some TLC as the rooms are looking very dated ..

La 4 vez en alojarme en Estambul. ...he ido a otros hoteles de la misma categoria pero este siempre ha cumplido expectativas....todo excelente....comoda la cama...muy buen desayuno ....trato personal muy profesional y afable....ubicación inmejorable...cerca caminando de tiendas y monumentos .

The most comfortable beds
I think Hilton Hotels have the most comfortable beds! The room was quiet and the perfect temperature and we slept very well. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Only minor issue was being woken by the cleaning staff at 9am when we were having a lie-in. I would have liked the option to reuse our towels to minimise our environmental impact.
