When we first checked in, we were taken to a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The other rooms we were offered had moldy bathrooms. Although I had booked a three-night stay, I offered to pay for one night out of courtesy, despite not staying even a single night. Unfortunately, the charge for all three nights remained, and they refused to issue any refund. Staff kept referring me to different managers, but no one took responsibility or made any effort to resolve the issue. There was a complete lack of accountability.
