"There is no air conditioning unit in the upper bedroom, and on a 90 degree day in August it was unpleasant. Also, their photos regarding puppies are inaccurate - they need to revise this listing - if you're hoping to see them, as my daughters were based on the description and photos. Also, the day of check-in, we were required to make a $1,000 damage deposit which - 4 business days later - has STILL not been refunded on my Visa and I've had to follow up several times. Very disappointed."

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. "This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

"I was doing a week long residency at the Millspace and need somewhere close by that I could have reliable Internet, a kitchen to prevent going out to eat regularly, and a good night rest. The property was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied with a small variety of useful items (including Tupperware!) that made cooking very easy.
