"On the plus size this is a truely unique location and the people that converted this space from a dull 1970s BT building to a cool house should be applauded. It's a perfect getaway location and you're truely isolated (in a good way) but with lots of great walks and places to explore. We really enjoyed all the smuggling past nearby. Things which could be improved - this clearly was a labour of love which needs reinventing. You can feel it's all a bit tired - equipment that no longer functions,...

"The once lovingly furnished house is unfortunately no longer in very good condition and furnishings. It would need to be thoroughly cleaned and the missing dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. replaced. The chimney flue is not working properly and the pressure of the hot water pipe for showers is poor. What was most annoying was the poor cleaning: cobwebs from the ceiling, thick dust everywhere, the furniture greasy from the fireplace. There was neither a mop mob nor a vacuum cleaner to help yourself....
