"On the plus size this is a truely unique location and the people that converted this space from a dull 1970s BT building to a cool house should be applauded. It's a perfect getaway location and you're truely isolated (in a good way) but with lots of great walks and places to explore. We really enjoyed all the smuggling past nearby. Things which could be improved - this clearly was a labour of love which needs reinventing. You can feel it's all a bit tired - equipment that no longer functions,...

"Very happy with the house, cleanliness, equipment and communication. Great location with all amenities close to hand. I would definitely recommend booking this house. The only thing I would change is I would install an outside light, as it is dark when returning at night."

"Lovely hostess (Pauline) very welcoming and helpful suggesting places to eat, all of which were excellent with regard to food & atmosphere. The location of the Barn is very central and nowhere on the island is more than 45 minutes away (traffic permitting). Highly recommended!"

"Nicky and Chris' place was perfect for our four day getaway. It was extremely comfortable, and the lovely garden provided a cool and shady wonderland for our 2yr old. The cottage is a short drive to the beach and other attractions, with grocery store quite close. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this delightful place. "
