"This could be an amazing place to stay. The grounds are impeccably maintained and beautiful. Unfortunately, our room smelled musty and of tobacco smoke. We couldn't believe what we were walking into! We arrived late, otherwise we would have left immediately. My wife awoke in the middle of the night nauseated from the smell. The deck restaurant was understaffed and the food unimpressive. Deferred maintenance issues were apparent with the buildings."
"The property was as represented, and the view from the windows was itself worth the stay! Good breakfast basket delivered in the morning, nespresso machine, modern clean room and bathroom, bus stop very close and Connell Ferry train station 10-15 minutes walk."

The staff was really nice and made sure we felt welcome.
Eating at the Inn was great. Great food, massive portions and lots of both locals and other guests. "

The only thing I'd change is for them to do food, as only breakfast was available.
