"Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). "Loved staying here! I don't think there could possibly be a more beautiful view from the hot tub and living room. The space is compact, but well laid out, comfortably furnished, and had all we needed. Great trails nearby too. Thanks and would gladly stay here again!"

"We stayed at Aonach Cottage in late June and early July of 2026. The cottage is beautiful and surrounded by mountains. The road to the cottage is about 7 minutes long and bumpy, but worth it to be in such a beautiful location. Here are some details about the cottage. "Very spacious cabin in a beautiful location! It has everything you need, no frills. Easy walk to the ferry, easy drive to Ft William or Oban."
