"Fantastic hotel on the edge of Corcovado. Lots of wildlife to observe on the lodge’s private paths. Warm welcome from the friendly staff and help and smiles throughout the visit. Peaceful restaurant with traditional tican breakfast inkluded and possible to have lunch and dinner there as well."

"Hi This place is great lots of birds at tree level and the his and hers showers are a nice touch. It's quite a walk up to some of the rooms so bear that in mind. The hotel restaurant is good and is also close to another new restaurant on the beach. The breakfast was great and the hosts were good. One the nicer places in drake bay but also slightly expensive, I will also mention the mosquito grills on the vents did let small flies in but I was at the start of the rainy season too. "Consider this more of a rustic camping-like experience. Cabins have screens, but bugs still come in. Incredible location! Spider monkeys were swinging above our cabin every morning, holwers start up at day break, and capuchins befriended us at the beach. Scarlett macawas everywhere, we saw them constantly, as well as toucans. The beach immediately out front is wavy and rough, but my kids still jumped in the waves daily. The highlight is San Josecito beach, a 17 minute walk along the ocean....

"Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Holzhäusern. Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Ausstattung eher einfach und funktional. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist - wie der gesamte Weg nach Drake Bay - etwas schwierig. Sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem fairen Preis. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu den Ausflugsboten. Wir haben viele tolle Vögel direkt vom Balkon beobachten können."

"Dette er et rigtig hyggeligt sted lige i vandkanten og tæt på junglen. Ikke noget luksus, men value for money. Personalet er super venlige, service mindede og de fleste taler engelsk. Fin mad når man tager prisen i betragtning. Man skal bare huske at køre i 4 wheel drive hvis man kører dertil, da man skal køre en time på grusveje gennem mindre floder. Dette er et lille paradis på jorden, meget stille og roligt."

"Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ansonsten wirkte der Service eher unmotiviert. Obwohl es sehr ruhig im Hotel war, waren die Bedienung bei den Mahlzeiten manchmal längere Zeit nicht anwesend. Leider waren die Mahlzeiten eher unterdurchschnittlich. Das Abendessen war leider das schlechteste, das wir bisher in Costa Rica hatten. Fisch mit einen halbrohen Backkartoffel und drei...
