"We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which is located on the edge of Isla, but well in walking distance of the center and beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast in the small garden as well as dinner- we used the bbq several times. We were 5 people, a bit short on dishes, no space to put our belongings in the rooms (chairs would be welcome), the bathroom and shower room are really too small with a shower that is impossible to use without flooding the shower room... "Jardín sin vallar y con muebles de jardín con telarañas y algunos rotos. Sillas de plástico algunas pintadas. No tumbonas. Muebles del interior anticuados. Tapa y asiento del wc viejos. Tuve que pedir trapos de cocina porque no había y los trajeron rápido. Ventanas sin mosquiteras. Tanto mis hijas como nosotros no hemos descansado bien porque los colchones son mediocres. Poco cuidado con los detalles para que sus clientes tengan unas buenas vacaciones."

"La casa esta fantastica, bien equipada y lo pasamos genial, una pena el tiempo. Temas a mejorar: Pedimos 2 cunas, pero la segunda cuna era mas un parque infantil que cuna (el niño no dormia ahi). Otro tema a mejorar es que en la habitacion de la cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, hay una gotera pegada a la pared de la cama que da al pasillo (tambien tuvimos que moverla). Por ultimo diria que el tema de la calefaccion, aunque nos habian avisado, no es muy comun y es un poco incomodo...

"We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana. "

"El alojamiento un acierto. Éramos 10 y había 5 habitaciones. Mucho espacio tanto dentro de la casa como fuera para estar a gusto. Coral, la anfitriona nos lo hizo todo muy fácil. Antes de ir, nos dió toda la información que necesitábamos y también nos dió la posibilidad de dejar la casa el domingo después de comer. Por poner una pega solo hay dos baños y en algunos momentos eran muy solicitados pero nos arreglamos bien."

"Stayed in the hotel for two days mid-September during family trip to north of Spain. Hotel is located within a few minutes from old town still close to very good restaurants. We spend a few hours with a drink in the hand just watching the waterfront view from our window! Parking is external but is very convenient and has an elevator directly into the hotel - better than some hotel parking I've seen. Very attentive stuff, we got a welcome gift that we appreciated very much! Room cleaning was done really well and thorough. Overall - exceptional experience and will not hesitate to book Vincci Puertochico hotel if I end up in Santander one more time!"
