"The space itself was great and seemed clean, although it definitely felt like the property had not been checked on recently. There was a big water jug for drinking water but was completely empty, dishes were super dusty/not entirely clean, coffeemaker was dirty inside so I didn’t use, and the propane tank for stove was completely empty as well. There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom that was also completely empty. Just small things that felt like they could have been checked and replenished...

"Beautiful and well located! I would have liked more information about the process for arriving on the island and using local transportation..( ahead of time) It is brand new to some travelers. 100% a great spot..kind host...peaceful...secure."

"Amazing place in a perfect location. The loft is quite large especially having such high ceilings. The bed is a king and is really comfortable. The big surprise was the kitchenette which was not listed. It has a fridge an induction hot plate with some pots and dishes. There is a coffee maker and microwave The place is quiet and has a nice balcony looking out into the jungle. The hostess and staff are lovely and very helpful. Big recommendation to stay here. Great value. "

Sea Pearl is comfortable, has all the basic amenities and the owner is superb. Enjoy the local flavor, eat in or dine at a number of different restaurants all with fantastic views. Nature is at your beckon call in Bastimentos which makes it a truly relaxing, kick back place to stay."

"The owner is wonderful, so helpful and communicative! Place is very quiet and safe (and im a solo female traveler) room is basic but all you need. Wonderful coffee is made in the kitchen every morning. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Our stay at Urraca Private Island is the most awesome, memorable lodging experience we’ve had (and that’s saying a lot, because we travel frequently and have had many fantastic experiences). The place is amazing, kind of a cross between Swiss Family Robinson, Robinson Crusoe, and a high end Africa-style resort with adventure amenities like kayaks. And monkeys!
