"We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore...

"Not as expected – important to know before booking Access to the hotel is very difficult – you need to walk 45 minutes along the beach with your luggage. For help, you pay 130,000 COP. The same applies when leaving: either walk again or pay around $300 USD for a boat to Cartagena. We booked a triple room but got a tiny room with 4 beds. No AC, only fans.
