"Our host was very timely with communication before and during our trip. The property is in a nice location close to public transportation and necessities. We felt safe walking to GoMart and taking the bus to the tourist spots. The property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but we were offered laundry service. We have two nights planed at Isla Mujeres, but in fortunate just one night in our beautiful house at ICACO - next time i would without doubt book all our nights at ICACO. "Property exactly as described. Amazing view and right by the town square. Golfcart rental and market next door. We had a few minor issues bc of a tropical storm but the host ensured we were able to arrive at a different casita with same view. We had an issue with the door one day and the manager was on site in less than 5 minutes and worked to get us in. Pool was clean and cold and other amenities were as described as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
