"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"basic but okay for the price. stayed for 3 nights 2nd day after skiing came back to find our items had been moved around. it appeared our clothing in the wardrobe had moved. both passports where in my husbands jeans on a shelf in the wardrobe came back the room my passport was on the desk and my husbands was underneath the wardrobe right at the back - really dont know what went on in our room.
on leaving - hotel tried to make out we hadnt paid! saying hotels.com paid on departure. still didnt...

"Large room wih a nice city/mountain view balcony. Room was very outdated, and the bathroom sometimes had a bad smell from the drains.
Simple breakfast, great coffee.
Stunning view from the restaurant.
The staff was very kind and helpful.

O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. "Et godt værelse på 2. sal med en tilhørende stor terrasse. Dog underligt, at terrassen var helt tom. Det havde været passende med f.eks. et par stole og et lille bord på terrassen. Morgenmaden var god med et fint udvalg.
Hotellets placering er ret god, i en stille sidegade tæt på hovedstrøget og mange seværdigheder. Få minutters gang fra nærneste metrostation og ellers 10-15 minutters gang til en metrostation med direkte tog til lufthavnen (1,60 LEV).
Vil helt sikkert benytte hotellet igen, hvis jeg kommer til Sofia."

"Pænt og rent hotel. Personalet var meget imødekommende og søde. Morgenmaden var lidt skuffende - vi kom altid en halv time før de lukkede morgenmaden og der var sjældent meget tilbage. Ellers synes jeg hotellet passede til prisen. "
