"This apartment/condo is a real gem. It was perfect for our family of 5 and the decor made me feel relaxed from the moment we stepped in. The beds were really comfortable and our in youngest son (12) slept fine on the futon with the mattress topper. The outside area was really great and we also enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed."

Omar was quick to respond whenever we reached out and always went above and beyond whenever we needed help with anything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen and cleaning supplies and the appliances are very nice. The balcony facing the pool is a bonus and we used the gym, pool, hot tub, and fire pit frequently. Proximity to the Irvine Business...

"I've stayed in a number of rentals in the area and this was the best by far. Great host, apartment, location. The place is even better than pictures!"

"Unit was beautiful to look at with owners art on the walls. However, there was a lot of overdue maintenance from the sliding door to the parking area, several cracks in the bathroom sink and lamps not working. The cleanliness was less than I liked with thick dust in places, appliances smeared and molding grout in the shower. For the price I would have expected more."

"Beautiful luxury condo close to multiple beaches! We enjoyed a sunset view every evening after playing on the beach. The kitchen was furnished with all the necessities. Every room was very clean and immaculate. There was a washer and dryer, available in the unit, which provided an added convenience. We forgot our stroller and luckily there was one available. The pool and hot tubs were beautifully maintained and fun. My family and I had a very relaxing stay, and we appreciate our host!"
