"Quick check-in, comfortable room, great water pressure and hot water in the super clean shower! Loved the pool area with splash pad for the littles and giant hot tub for the adults! Plenty of pool towels! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices! Nice fireplace with seating in the lobby and fantastic market to purchase snacks and beverages. Lots of areas for families and groups to play games and hang out together. Super close and convenient to Everything in the Pigeon Forge area!"

"Fint hotel og der var ro. Dejligt med en altan. Stort værelse. "

"Very friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds, great pool/hot tub/firepits. The outdoor hot tub was not even warm, but the indoor was great. Very good breakfast."

"Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year."

"Dejligt ophold "

"Purchased an upgraded room. The room we were given was 2 queen beds. On the 2nd floor. When I went to the host desk. They explained all they had was the overflow. Which was at the end of the hotel with no view. What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. But from the attitude we experienced was they don’t like booking through another travel agency. Just beware. No refunds were offered and they explained we would need to contact...

"Vi havde bokket og betalt inclusiv morgenmad. Men den morgenmad var ikke andet end kaffe og en do-nut"

"This property is absolutely worth booking! Pinot Paradise is a true mountain oasis, and the photos simply do not do the location justice. The breathtaking scenery and peaceful setting made for the perfect getaway. Mike and his wife were exceptional hosts from start to finish. They were welcoming, responsive, and provided a fantastic variety of recommendations for things to do, whether we wanted to stay close to the cabin or explore the surrounding area. The cabin itself was immaculate and...

"A beautiful hotel in a great central location on The Island. The pool area is excellent, with a pool bar and plenty of activities throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, modern, and in excellent condition. Self-parking is easy and only $10 per day, which is great value. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and I would happily return."

"A brand new property with very clean rooms, great gym, clean pool and very friendly staff. I would stay here again. "
