"For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. It does say...

"We had a wonderful stay in June. Mary was communicative and kind - offering a toddler bed for my 4 year old (which is listed in his favorite parts about our trip) and being flexible when our flight was delayed. You can tell it's a well cared for home and the neighborhood was lovely for early summer walks in addition to being convenient to getting anywhere we wanted to go. We would be happy to stay again on future visits."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!! I cannot believe that Expedia even lists this property! The pictures on the posting looked nice. Reality was the exact opposite. The exterior was filthy from the parking lot into the building. Trash was all over and I have never seen so many cigarette butts. The most were right in front of the No Smoking sign by the front door. Additionally, all the landscaping around the curbs was totally overgrown with weeds (as high as 3 ft). Amazingly, I did not see any rodents...

"We didn’t stay and left. This property is a joke. Issues with heat and the property owner never responded. Trash on the side walk (dirty diapers), dog poop on the side walk, sticky floors, blood stained pillows and mattresses. Don’t stay here!"

"A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail!The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax ."
