"Cute Inn. Convenient location and great amenities."

"This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value."

"Great place to stay—loved the renovations, it was very clean and had an exclusive side entrance for coming & going. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Spacious loft in the top of an old house accessed by a fabulous outdoor spiral staircase. Only a block or two away from many of Ipswich’s historical attractions. The unit and the area exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"

"We had the most amazing time in Ipswich! The apartment is so modern and clean. The kitchen is more than well stocked. Beautiful dishes and bar ware. There is a toaster, microwave and air fryer along with an oven! A drawer full of spices and coffee area. Everything you’ll need to cook. There is plenty of space to eat in the kitchen. "Dejligt sted, lækker morgenmad og tryg beliggenhed"

"We loved the Guest House. We were traveling to go to Salem and it was close to the commuter train to ride to and from."

"The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

"A nice place to stay for our visit. We will definitely book here again in the future."

"Beautiful historic hotel. Room was clean, staff was helpful. I really hated the AC situation. If I didn’t look at TikTok, I wouldn’t have known the windows open. My shower was a closet which Is okay but it was funny."
