There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. "Our host Daniela made us feel so welcome with an array of treats and food for us. you can tell they love this place and care about the guests. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, tourist walks and one of the main piazzi. "Great location when visiting Matera for three nights. The hotel consist of various rooms that are spread around the area, but all close to the reception. Staff were service minded and breakfast was great. Overall a great experience to stay in a room inside a cave. Btw the parking service and combined shuttle was a good setup. We can highly recommend Thymus Residence."
