"I was just there for the night, but wish I had a longer trip to enjoy the hotel. It's a stunning hotel, great location, and the staff was very attentive. It's currently under renovations, but service was top notch nonetheless. Rooms are fantastic. Very spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the ammenties, great pool, quiet hotel even though there were tons of families there that night. Cons: Sofa beds aren't comfortable. The mattress is very thin and you can feel the frame....

You wake up in the morning, and open the door and a big beautiful rollercoaster smacks you in the face--it sets the tone for an amazing day. The vibe is unbeatable and it makes you wanna have fun the rest of the day. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. You can't beat the price. We will definitely be going again. "

"The front desk lady Sam was extremely rude and lied to us the entire stay. She refused to help us when our bedding had blood on it, lied about placing dirty towels outside of the room for replacement, and lied about staff finding my daughters jewelry that was left upon checkout which we did get back. She was very unprofessional and rude."
