"The hotel is fell fine and new at nice view over the river and a ok breakfast the rooms are like the most hotels not to big. The customer service is bad the to girls at check in has a attitude problem speaking bad off other customers in front of people checking in. The manager seems to take it seriously."

"Not enough can be said about our stay at this place. It had everything we need for a 3 day mini vacation. It is near many restaurants groceries, and movie theaters. Plus many of the springs and parks are within under a 30 minute drive."

"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....
