"The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay "

"Booked the stay off of Hotels.com. The hotel was amazing!!! The open floor plan of the lobby and activities that were available set you up for the experience at the top of the elevator. Room was well more that the price listed. Full kitchen and full size fridge. Bedding was comfortable central AC unit cooled the room well. The area the hotel is in was nice, easy access to great tacos 423 Taco 100!yards away was amazing. Will definitely check availability anytime passing thru Chattanooga!!!"

"I stayed here 4 days with my mom. Not sure why but when we checked in the room smelled like cigarettes. I had to buy a candle just to help with room. I can tell the room was being redone so I was trying not to judge too much of how the condition of the room was. Only issue I had was after taking a shower the water would leak onto the carpet next to the bed so that needs to be checked out on a count of the carpet. "Everything was good except two things. 1. Room floor needs work - tiles or slats are separated and dirt or black substance is present; needs repair. 2. Plenty of FOX on TV but no MSNBC. This seems to be characteristic of channel selections in the south. Needs to be fixed because there are many travelers using your hotel who are thoughtful and discerning; need to offer MSNBC."
