"Staff was friendly. The motel itself is not very nice. It's clean and fine for a night though. You're located at Parramatta Rd, which is a busy and quite ugly place. Good thing is there isn't much noise in your room. We were woken up quite early though by people yelling and police being present. I guess this describes the kind of place this motel is. I've stayed at hostels that were higher quality."

"This hotel has probably been a very nice hotel 10-20 years ago, but today it is pretty worn out. A renovation and cleaning is necessary. The location is good, but the included breakfast from the in house cafe was quite boring. You get a voucher and can choose between a limited number of options. It is not a breakfast buffet.
We were in the room 40 next to the parking lot, which was nice, but the missing ventilation in the bath room only gave us the choice of opening the window to the parking...
"Hotellet ligger centralt og samtidig uden larm. Men det de kalder morgenmad er ikke værd at tale om…. Det er kun frossen optøet toast, små pakker med smør og marmelade, plus langtidsholdbar mælk, juice og dåsefrugt, som bliver lagt i køleskabet på værelset - ikke lige det jeg forventede på et stort hotel med restaurant i stueplan. Du står selv for servering og opvask!"
