"Cute house. However it's very outdated. The carpet is old and has wear and stains, the furnitureis also really old. Found a few spider webs and last the sofas and cooking wear are old. With that said the house is spacious and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room at the front and back of the house. "

"Such a peaceful place! I hardly wanted to leave the back yard. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife, including the nest of robins and a million chipmunks. We brought bird seed for the feeder and unsalted peanuts in the shells for the chipmunks and squirrels. The cabin is close to the entrance to the Alpine Pedal Path, which was super convenient. Jen provided so many thoughtful touches! The only negative was that the motion sensing security light ruined our night vision, but on my next stay...

"The cabin was just like it was in the pictures. It was super easy to check into. we couldn’t work the fireplace but the heater worked just as good. The floors were a little bit dirty where we first got in. It was overall really nice and small. Definitely will stay here again! "

"We would definitely consider staying here again. The space in and outside is great: bedrooms are separated enough to have space between families or kids, if needed, all 11 of us could sit at the same table to eat, hot tub and fire place made for a very relaxing ambience. We got stuck at check-in because details in the email were outdated, but once we got the owner on the phone, everything was easy. It's an easy drive to either mountain. The matresses and pillows were ok- not great."

"This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous, but the whole process/stay went extremely smooth. The Cozy Cabin was exactly as described. Cabin had everything we needed from kitchen items to extra blankets and the best pillows. The one question I did have I texted the owner and he got back to me right away and let me know to text him if I had any additional questions. Looking forward to coming back!"
