"Everything is good we enjoyed the unit. There is nobody on site that works there just be aware before you go here. it's not really a problem but if you have questions there's no one on site. It's very centrally located to the plazas others complain about noise we stayed in two different units there one was more quiet than the other but it's typical South America when you're in busy area"

"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus).
